Application
Suitable in the polyester fiber ,as well the raw material of making paste form brightening agent in textile dyeing.
Padding process
Dosage: ER-330 2～5g/l for pad dyeing process, procedure: one dip one pad( or two dips two pads, pick-up: 70%) →drying→ stentering(170～190℃30～60seconds).
Dipping process
ER-330:0.2～0.45%(o.w.f)
liquor ratio:1:10-30
optimum temperature: 100-125℃
optimum time :30-60min
PH value:5-11(opt acidity)
