      1) Insoluble in water and soluble in many organic solvents
      2) Stable when used with cationic softeners
      3) May be used in a bath with hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide and 
      reactive bleaching agents
      4) When dip dyed or pad dyed it produces a higher whiteness in polyester fibers
      5) Light fastness grade: 5
      6) Excellent fastness when washed

      Process

      1.    Pad-thermos fixing process
      PB 1.5-3g/L (should be adjusted according to the sample testing), procedure: pad (two dips and two squeezes, residual liquor content 70%) →dry(100℃) →(180-190℃, 30s).
      Attention:
      The goods must be rinsed thoroughly after pretreatment to ensure the PH below 8 the PH of the pad liquor should be adjusted to 4-5 with acetic acid.
      2.    HT exhausting process
      PB          0.2-0.5%(o.w.f)   liquor ratio   1:25-40
      Treating temperature 120-130℃      Treating time  30-60min
      PH              4.5-5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
      3.    low temperature exhausting process
      PB        0.5-1.0%(o.w.f)   liquor ratio   1:25-40
      Treating temperature 50-60℃      Treating time  30min
      PH              4.5-5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
