Biological Activity: Non-selective cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitor that displays anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects. Has a neuroprotective role against colchicine-induced cognitive impairment and oxidative stress.
Usage:  Naproxen sodium (CAS NO.26159-34-2) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly used for  fever, inflammation the reduction of moderate to severe pain,and stiffness caused by conditions such as psoriatic arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis,osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis,  and the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
