PROPERTY:
1.Well water solubility,it can be solved in 3-5 times volume of boiling water.and soluted about 300g per liter in boiling water,150gin cool water.
2.No sensitive to hard water,the ions of Ca and Mg have no influence on its white effect.
3. Resistence to peroxide bleach agent,reductional(safty powder)bleach agent.
4. Not resistence to acid.the ideal whiten PH value ≥7.
USEAGE:
1. WHITEN AGENT FOR COTTON FIER AND GLUE FIBER.
2. Whiten agent in the syrup of discharge pattern of printing color.
3. Whiten agent in paper pulp.
4. Whiten agent in the procdss of surface gluig.
5. Whiten agent in the process of coating.
PROCESS SUCH AS PADDING DYEING)
Bath temperature is about 95-98oC,setting time is about 10-20 minutes,bath ratio is 1:20,vapour steaming about 45 mintes .the dosage is 0.1-0.5%.
PACKAGE: Packed in iron bucket or cardboard bucket after being packed in plastic bag first.Net Weight per bucket is 20kg or 25kg.
TRANSPORTATION: Should avoid sunlight and crash.
