PROPERTY: Optical Brightener VBL is typical product of Twin Ammine Tristriazine. It can be solved in 80 times soft water and show anion character,the PH resistence value is 6-11,Expected dyeing bath PH value is 8-9 When used in acidic solution with the increasing of acid,optical will be weaker and turn into yellow color,it can resist 300ppm hard water,resist 0.25%ionic chloride,but don ' t resist the ion of copper and iron,show stablility with safty powder ,but cann ' t be hiht to be used in cationic dyestuff,surfcant and raw syntertic resin,it has blue optical color.
APPLICATION:
1.Whitening agent for cotton fabric and gluing products ,vivdece for light color or printing products. It show normal sun light resistence,has good affinity with cellulose fiber,Normal level dyeing result.can be used in printing pulps and exhausting or paddingdyeing.
2.Whitening agent for polyvinyl alcoholic fiber and polyamide fiber.
3.Whitening agent for paper industry ,paper pulp or paints.
Procedure:
1.When used in dyeing industry,add directly into the dyeing bath,solved with water the can be in use ,the dosage is 0.08-0.3%,bath ration:1:40 ideal bath temperature 60ºC.
When used in paper industry solved with 80 times water and added into paper pulp or paints.The dosage is 0.1-0.3% of the dry pulp or paints.
Package: P acked in cardboard bucket or plastic coating paper bag after being packed in plastic bag first.25kg or 50kg per bucket.
Transportation : Should avoid sunlight and crash.
Storage: Should be stord in cool,dry and ventilate place,stored term shouldn ' t exceed 2 years. |
